VIP’s Pet Wellness Plans are available for dogs and cats who are at least 4 months of age and older and are valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. Items not redeemed within the 1 year validity period shall be forfeited.

The booklet must be presented at all times to claim services. All services claimed must be signed by a VIP representative.

One (1) pet beneficiary per plan enrolled.

Purchased Pet Wellness Plans are non-refundable.

In case of the beneficiary’s death, any unused portion of the plan is transferrable to another pet if the death occurs within one (1) month of enrollment. A vet-issued death certificate must be presented.

This plan can only be redeemed in the branch where it was purchased.

Other products and services not included in the plan will be charged at regular prices.

Substitution of services included in the availed plans shall not be allowed.

Upon completion, the booklet must be surrendered to avail of the 10% discount plan renewal.

Vets in Practice will not be held liable for any damage or loss of the booklet. In case of replacement, there will be a service charge of Php 1,500.00
